If my pet has a lot of fleas, can I use more than one on-animal product at a time?

As with all on-animal insecticides, it is advisable to consult a veterinarian before using products with any other flea and tick control product or drug. It shouldn’t be necessary to treat your pet with more than one product at the same time. Using two products at once will not kill fleas & ticks faster, or more completely. Since most of the flea stages are found not on the pet, but in the environment, it is best to treat the environment in addition to treating the pet.
